Maj Gen Rajan Kochhar, VSM (Retd), is a distinguished veteran of the Indian Army with 37 years of meritorious service, culminating as Major General, Army Ordnance Corps, Central Command.
An alumnus of the Defence Services Staff College and College of Defence Management, he holds a doctorate in management. A renowned defence analyst and prolific author, his book Breaking the Chinese Myth is an Amazon best-seller. Gen Kochhar regularly features as a defence expert on national news platforms and currently serves as Senior Adviser to Borders & Beyond, DRaS, IRF, and PCRI, while also being affiliated with MP-IDSA, USI, and CENJOWS.
Wing Commander Ravi Gopal Krishna Kapoor (Retd), a decorated pilot and recipient of the ‘Vayu Sena Medal’, served the Indian Air Force with distinction, commanding a MiG-21 Squadron since 2003.
An A2 Qualified Flying Instructor and DSSC alumnus, he has trained numerous fighter pilots at the Fighter Training Wing and Instructors’ School. Under his dynamic leadership, his squadron achieved 5,000 accident-free sorties, 100% serviceability, and top inspection ratings. Recognized as a Type Examiner by the Aircrew Examining Board, he is known for his professionalism, innovation, and dedication to operational excellence, contributing immensely to India’s air combat training ecosystem.
Rear Admiral Girish Garg (Retd) brings nearly four decades of leadership experience in the Indian Navy across defence technology, capital acquisitions, human resources, and strategic transformation.
